Unable to load OS X after installing BootCamp

Hi, i have been using BootCamp (Windows 10) for quite some time and i recently just edited the amount of space for both BootCamp and OS X using MiniTool Partition Wizard and now i have difficulties loading my OS X.
It doesn't appear when i press control when i hear the bootup sound. I am not able to reformat (delete my OS X) because i have quite a lot of important stuffs in there. Is there anyone who can help me? Help will be appreciated! Thanks!

I have unfortunately already edited the 'unallocated' space (appoximately a few hundred mb) and now i have no way to boot into my OS X. I think that is the reason why i am unable to boot into OS X.
The unallocated space just shows empty and i have allocate it to my ‘Windows' and now i can't boot it.
Before this problem exist, i will just press option when i hear the boot up sound and choose OS X. But this option is gone, all i can see it Windows.
I am not willing to delete my OS X because i have plenty of important files in there.
Is there any easy way to solve it?

You have a missing Recovery HD (about ~650MB / 620MiB ). I assume you have tried to 'edit' this space.

Do you have a Time Machine backup of OS X?

Do you have a backup of Windows?

Are you willing to re-install Windows?

If you do not have an OS X backup, Internet Recovery offers to re-install the 'shipped' version of OS X, not the 'current' version of OS X, as documented in About OS X Recovery - Apple Support.

I suggest not installing the shipping version of OS X on your current internal partition.

Please use How to install OS X on an external drive connected to your Mac - Apple Support and install the version offered using Internet Recovery to an external disk or a flash drive or SD card, upgrade it to the version that you currently have on your internal disk, boot from this external disk and use it's Local Recovery to re-install OS X on the internal disk.

Re-installation of OS X does not touch any non-OSX files.

Sadly, i did not have any backup for OS X because i have re-allocate the size before and everything works fine for a few times and i didn't backup at all due to that but this time round i have no idea what is wrong.

My bootcamp (windows 10) is a free trial which i downloaded from online. I am willing to re-install my Windows since most of the things i have here are games, i am just not willing to lose my OS X stuffs because it contains my school work.

How much space do i need to install the version (10.11.6) i currently have?
Will i lose my OS X items?
